Key Responsibilities
· Commercial Gas Boiler Maintenance Servicing & Repairs
· General plumbing duties
· Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment
· Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.
· Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.
· Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.
· Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.
· Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.
· Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
· Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.
· Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
Candidate Requirements
· Min +3yrs Experience (National Craft Certification)
· Applicants with RGII certification
· Full Clean Driving Licence
· Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience
· Good team player that can use their initiative
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential.
· Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
· “On-Call” work in hours and out of hours required.
· Safe Pass & MEWP Licence
Salary: Negotiable/DOE
