We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, maintain records, and coordinate with different departments.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintain and update files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as required
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and in good condition
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to arrange meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting internal and external communications
  • Support HR activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
