My client is seeking a Telesales Clerk with a post Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service Management/Customer Relationship Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing Management or Bachelors’ Degree preferred. This is an EE position.
Requirements
  • Post Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service Management/Customer Relationship Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing Management. Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years solid experience in an outbound call centre/retail sales environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pay attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have business acumen and be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Must be highly computer literate.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills, and the understanding of client engagement, needs analysis.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Target orientated and driven towards.(telephone calls, numbers and figures).

Responsibilities
  • To make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain contact with new customers.
  • To educate potential customers on the company's product portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the customer database.
  • Source new business/ up-sell in portfolios.
