Job Overview
Working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class candidate & hiring manager experience. You will have ownership of the Talent Acquisition process coordination for Frontline UK recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing vacancies in the system
  • Supporting HM with the opening of roles
  • Opening requisitions after the approval takes place in the system
  • Posting positions internally and externally as per the agreed policy
  • Removing the positions from the system when applicable
  • Periodically reviewing and managing open requisition reports for accuracy
  • Managing requisitions (disposition unsuitable candidates, upload interview notes, disposition candidates as they progress)
  • Facilitating Assessment Centres via Zoom
  • Scheduling interviews based on the hiring manager’s feedback
  • Reviewing offers, completing governance checks, and following up on outstanding questions
  • Creating offer letters (based on the appropriate template)
  • Checking the progress of the offer acceptance then processing information to HR BPs and Onboarding team to start the onboarding process

Qualifications

  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong IT skills – particularly Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to collaborate well with others to deliver results
  • “Can do” attitude and a willingness to significant challenges
  • Professional, motivated, self-starter
