Supply Chain Trainee (1 year contract) [Romania]

The Supply Chain trainee is a support role, working with all business departments and end-to-end exposure to specific business processes. We make sure that we make the best decisions to support the business in reaching the performance indicators. A day in the life of...

• Develops with internal partners, maintains and improves the sales plan for the product portfolio and customers.
• Maintains an optimal stock level for finished products that meet quality standards and customer demand.
• Aligns and informs internally about the impactors of the planning process, identifies corrective initiatives to optimize the planning processes.
• Evaluation of sales vs. plan and evaluation of impactors with proactive communication to other business departments.
• Achieve optimal stock management: stock availability in the right location, at the required freshness vs minimum cost and avoiding out of stock.
• Monitors and reports interdepartmental activity on the occasion of specific events with an impact on the short, medium and long term business plan.
• Acts as a coordinator of the supply chain when necessary, having constant communication with the producers and internally in the business in case of possible delays in the import of finished products.
• It ensures an optimal level of information for business functions regarding the launch of new products, special formats and the delivery of promotional products to customers.
• Acts as an ambassador of the business in communication with producers or other support functions outside the business.

You will be successful if you are:

• A student or fresh graduate, with a passion for data crunching and analytics
• A strong user of Excel
• Passionate about Project Management, Planning and Forecasting
• A good communicator with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Curious and organized
• Privious extracurricular activities are a plus (internships or volunteering)
