Job Description
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Liaising with head office.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or NCE qualification with 1 - 10 years of work experience.
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
