We are now looking for a planner to guide our production activities via estimating materials, equipment and labor.
This role can be a good fit for you if you are an analytical and structured person who is good at coordinating elements to ensure efficient production processes.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide production planning activities ranging from developing and revising production schedules, forecasting trends and customer demand.
- Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labour, and equipment availability.
- Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule
- Support purchasing in decision expedite or postpone suppliers purchase orders if required
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Develop and manage all types of inventory from finish goods, WIP (work in process) to raw material.
- Analyse performance through KPIs and recommend supply chain action items to the executive management team.
- Utilize MRP systems to coordinate requirements to meet production schedules while minimizing inventory.
- Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, etc.
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
- Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some relevant work experience, preferably 1-2+ years in a similar role
- Ability to effect changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Ability to coordinate production workflow
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance
- Able to report on findings and performance of production
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel especially)
- Fluent Polish; professional English
