Join Real Momentum’s Team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant!

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work alongside a successful real estate coach? Look no further! We are currently seeking a qualified full-time Administrative Assistant to join Real Momentum by August 1st.

Real Momentum is a leading real estate training company committed to empowering realtors achieve their full potential in the real estate industry. Our team of experts provides top-notch coaching, training, and resources to help our clients succeed. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

*Responsibilities:

-You will need to come into the Downtown LA office daily, no remote work.

- Manage and maintain the real estate coach's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle email correspondence and effectively communicate with clients and team members.

- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.

- Conduct market research, gather data, and compile reports as needed.

- Assist in coordinating and organizing events, webinars, and workshops.

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

*Requirements:

- Past experience or knowledge of the real estate industry is required

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
