Management Trainee in HR Department

Our program is 18 month scheme, where you will gain competencies and skills necessary to became a manager in Your future career. The program will allow you to learn about Bayer business, participate in different multinational projects in HR area, it will also give you a better, broader skillset related to being a PMO. For 18 months You will became a part of CEE HR team and learn from more experienced colleagues how to work in diversed and inclusive business environment.
We aim to equip ambitious, driven and talented individuals with the skills and experience required to fulfil their aspirations. You will be given a mentor who will monitor your progress to ensure you reach your full potential and take the most learning opportunities from each placement.
Sounds great, what are we looking for…?
- Master Graduate obtained within the last year (Business Management, Economics, Human Resources or Project Management)
- International experience, e.g. through study period abroad or internship will be an advantage
- Interest in HR related topics
- High communication skills and deep understanding of environment that culturally diversed
- Highly motivated and a proactive team player
- Self-sufficient and confident to put your ideas forward
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
