What you can contribute?
Accountable for site strategy projects implementation and portfolio management, to ensure the strategy is executed, and all milestones are achieved as planned, including biologics product local launch. Act as the single point of contact, integrate key professional information and lead efficient communication. Working cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Responsible for product swap project implementation, to ensure that departments involved into a project execution in their respective scope of responsibility as well as the team communication and supporting. Ensure the project achieve the target. Lead active knowledge management related to the transformation (e.g., ensure that topics are assigned to owners, actively participate to dedicated global wise networks when existing, and disseminate the knowledge at the site). Support technical career path development (e.g., define performance expectations and IDP) Work collaboratively with functional management in technical/SMS research and ensure that business maintained (e.g., quality/compliance improvements and savings projects) are identified, prioritized and delivered with excellence. Design and organize training related to the transformation. e.g., define training curriculum technical content, and to maximize opportunities to leverage shared training on site/region based. Achieve excellence in manufacturing through optimization and standard setting and technical capability
development.
Support China Cluster and Site Head on daily operations. Anticipate BD and planning needs, proactively communicate with other functions to understand timelines and deliverables. Provide ad-hoc support for operational tasks and strategic thought partnership. Prepare related report or presentations as needed, and facilitate site level internal & external meetings Other assigned tasks as required by site head.
What you should have?
  • At least bachelor degree in pharmaceuticals or biology with minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
  • Quality knowledge in pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred.
  • MBA/EMBA degree or consulting experience is plus.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing process and process equipment.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements across multiple health authorities and registration is preferred.
  • Fluent English in both reading and writing, better having global working experience and showing culture flexibility.
  • Strong complex problem solving and analytical capacity
  • Good common sense plus business acumen and being a fast learner
  • Strong leadership skills with the record of experience leading the company level initiatives via working with transversal-function teams
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and comb complex processes either in written or oral
