Job Summary:
The Legal Database Management Staff is responsible for legal process management, conducting Legal Office Management system administration and providing administrative services for lawyers and paralegal.
- Designs and optimizes legal processes in accordance with business requirements and performance management specifications
- Formulates, integrates and communicates standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures for legal processes and operations
- Sets and communicates quality standards, process indicators, and business goals for legal processes and legal office operations
- Identifies and formulates legal process/operations enhancements
- Identifies and formulates legal internal system functionalities and enhancements
- Handles cases, legal opinions and other referrals
- Supervises the maintenance of adequate filing and records keeping systems to protect and preserve case records and evidences
- Appraises the recommendation of Meter and Device Control if the evidence meters are for disposal or for safekeeping
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Communication, Business, Management or other related fields
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Have basic knowledge in legal, regulatory and corporate compliance
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent business communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
