Junior IAM Engineer
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior IAM Engineer to join our team. As a Junior IAM Engineer, you will assist in the design, implementation, and management of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field to contribute to our mission of ensuring secure and efficient access to our organization's resources in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of IAM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and design effective solutions.
Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.
Monitor IAM systems and troubleshoot access-related issues.
Assist in conducting access reviews and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Participate in IAM projects, including system upgrades and integration with other security tools.
Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Maintain and update IAM documentation and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies.
Experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
