The role itself includes reporting, business partnering responsibilities which allows for potential future growth prospects within HP Store or other Finance organizations. Applies basic financial knowledge and experience for HP Store US country support.
Responsibilities:
- Performs data extraction and analyzes data for HP Store US.
- Business partnering, establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to actively ensure financial analysis needs are met.
- Provides analytics to business initiatives.
- Handles financial business issues.
- Work as part of a Global team to drive synergies.
- Develop a deeper understanding of HP's financial processes and a detailed knowledge of HP Store business.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
- Typically 0+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting processes.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
