We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Group Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Group Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and supporting the marketing department in event management, invoice processing, and meeting coordination. If you are detailed oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a PART-TIME position.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing workshops from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional attendee experience.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and liaising with IT for technical setup.
  • Register invoices in internal systems and maintain an overview of the status.
  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings, actively contributing to discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed.

We Require

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English (local languages are an advantage - Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, Croatian).
