Responsibilities:
Gain a profound understanding of the internal data flow and system.
Employ Database (SQL) expertise to extract and manipulate data.
Extract data from internal systems and customers, identify the correct metrics needed, create reports and analyze them to gain insight on algorithmic development needed.
Create systems and tools to empower the team to find answers themselves.
Automate data related flows and create automatic data verification utilities
Collaborate proficiently within a team environment, effectively utilizing interpersonal skills to articulate intricate data insights to colleagues and team members.
B.A./B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering or a related field
+3 years experience as a data analyst, BI analyst, or data scientist, in a complex, data-rich environment – a must, in a fast-growing Healthcare IT industry organization – Preferred
Proficiency in Python – a must
Proven experience and a profound understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling and analysis, data mining concepts – a must
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Exceptional analytical abilities to uncover valuable insights.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
Self-motivated, can-do and start-up approach, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively and accurately
Experience in SaMD products / products with AI/ML – huge advantage
A quick grasp of new data and data systems.
