As a Business Development Executive at Gulfmark Co, your primary responsibilities will involve identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving company growth. Your key tasks will include:

1. Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the Gulf region.

2. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking and generating leads through various channels, such as networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies and pitches to maximize business opportunities.

5. Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting compelling business proposals to potential clients to win new contracts and projects.

6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Required Work Experience, Skills, and Education:

1. Work Experience: A minimum of 6months of experience in business development or related roles, preferably in the Gulf region.

2. Sales and Networking Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport and establish connections with clients and stakeholders.

3. Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

4. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Gulf region's business landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

5. Relationship Building: Proven track record in cultivating and maintaining successful client relationships.

6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.

7. Results-Oriented: A driven and goal-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

8. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
