Job Description

  • Position Title: Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: 2* days (8 am – 5 pm) / 1 day (8 am - 6 pm)*
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $1,500
  • Duration: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • General admin duties, including answering phone calls.
  • Data entry and invoicing.
  • Scanning, typing, and filing documents.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
