Senior Staff Engineer Product & Test Engineering [Taiwan]

 

Be responsible for mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration.

• Be responsible for mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration.
• Perform test validation, improvement, qualification and release to production per corporate standards and procedures.
• Interact with test developers, review test data and assess test capability
• Identify root causes and resolve problems related to automated test equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards and contactors.
• Work with operations to identify and document test improvement opportunities
• Improve test software and hardware for optimized yield and thru-put
• Support introduction of new test platforms, infrastructures and test capability expansions

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production test solutions for mixed signal and analog ICs.
• Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K and Teradyne Magnum family
• Proven working experience in volume production environment
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high speed signal integrity
• Experience in PCB schematic capture tools such as OrCAD / Cadence Allegro
• Sound test programming experience programming in C / C++ or VBasic
• Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Strong in data analysis and statistics
• Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamworking.
• Willing to travel
