Be responsible for mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration.
- Be responsible for mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration.
- Perform test validation, improvement, qualification and release to production per corporate standards and procedures.
- Interact with test developers, review test data and assess test capability
- Identify root causes and resolve problems related to automated test equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards and contactors.
- Work with operations to identify and document test improvement opportunities
- Improve test software and hardware for optimized yield and thru-put
- Support introduction of new test platforms, infrastructures and test capability expansions
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in production test solutions for mixed signal and analog ICs.
- Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K and Teradyne Magnum family
- Proven working experience in volume production environment
- Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high speed signal integrity
- Experience in PCB schematic capture tools such as OrCAD / Cadence Allegro
- Sound test programming experience programming in C / C++ or VBasic
- Hands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Strong in data analysis and statistics
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamworking.
