Join us in this role where you’ll represent Offshore Operations throughout the strategic partnership development from early engagement to agreed partnership, engaging in active discussions on the potential role and implications of our company and JV partners during operations of projects in new and existing markets. You’ll also take on the responsibility of negotiating our Operating & Maintenance Agreements (OMAs) with investors and partners.
Welcome to Global Operations
You’ll be part of the JV Structuring & OMA Negotiation team where you, together with your colleagues, will support our operations in providing operational input in JV Negotiations, ensure new JV structures are in line with Operations’ global and local strategy, and develop new commercial offerings to external partners, incl. pricing of new OMAs in cooperation with M&A, Business Development, and partners. Furthermore, we lead and drive the OMA negotiations in cooperation with M&A and lead or support commercial O&M opportunities, considerations, and agreements in new and existing markets with the rest of Offshore Operations. As a team, we support each other and work together to provide high quality solutions for the organisation. We have a lot of focus on development and well-being of all our team members.

You’ll play an important role in:- leading and supporting O&M opportunities in new markets
- leading OMA negotiations
- developing new commercial offerings to partners
- defining and agreeing price and risk elements of external OPEX
- developing and refining internal process and innovative solutions.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a strategic and commercial mindset
- have strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- have a master’s degree in business, economics, law, or similar
- are result-oriented and structured
- have experience in the offshore industry or other relevant experience and substantial professional experience.
