We are currently seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Advisor to meets and communicates with customers to recommend products or services and persuades customers to buy them. Their duties include explaining the features and benefits of products and services to customers, helping customers find offers that meet their preferences and providing after-sales services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, Reply WhatsApp and provide customer service
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
- Follow up and update customer information in system
- Lead the sales process from end to end, all the way through to the financial transaction
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Participate in sales activities and promotions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification - SPM
- Experience working as a sales advisor/sales consultant/customer services is an advantage
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Words, Excel and Etc.)
- Ensure your monthly targeted sales
