We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Creative Services Manager in channeling briefed creative projects from business stakeholders through the relevant creative workflows. You will ensure the efficient delivery of responses - to brief, on time, and on budget.
About the Role
Working with the Creative Services Manager, the Project Coordinator will assign designer/writer and editorial resources to briefs accordingly, as well as managing internal and external approvals - all on time and on budget. Understanding what is required from stakeholders to form a creative brief, you will support in acting as a gatekeeper for the Creative department, ensuring the correct information is received so that creative teams can respond and deliver successfully.
The role will also support the wider Creative Content Project Managers team, with the Print Team being primary. Assisting the Print Project Manager includes managing Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and HR requests from brief through to delivery. You will be responsible for driving projects through the workflow process by communicating with the required internal and external contributors.
You will assist on the traffic management of work within the team: Trello boards, Teams trackers, ProofHQ and DAM (Digital Asset Management) to keep track of 20+ projects and their approvals at one time, alongside setting SLAs (service level agreements) for response requirements on all new briefs.

The individual will have strong organisational skills, display strong integrity and enthusiasm to multitask, with excellent time-management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm in all situations, with excellent written and vocal communication skills.
