You will be responsible for a team of design engineers, sub project leaders and engine managers working with 16-17 liter combustion engines.The Engine Platforms are responsible for product development and product maintenance of our combustion engines. Diesel as well as alternative fuels. The Engine Platforms are also responsible for the mechanical engineering of the EMOB systems for hybrid solutions.

- Lead and develop the team as well as each team member.
- Engaged participation in the management team
- Support project teams with reviews, process guidance, and prioritizations.
- Develop our product roadmaps for the products within your responsibility.
- Develop our process for product development together with the management team.
- Engage in the planning of future products and projects.
- Budget responsibility for the team
