Job Responsibilities:
- ● Follow standard operations and procedures.
- ● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- ● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- ● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
