Alarm monitoring, Back office & Video Retrievals

A candidate should have average communication,

computer skills, The candidate will be handling the

alarms thrown from the cctv camera on a web portal

(Innovi & Calipsa) for alarm monitoring. They will get

small clips and a live view through which they will have

to identify any suspicious activity and escalate it to the

command center in USA. The candidate will investigate

the case which is allotted by the client. He/she would

rewind footage of the camera's and trace the actual

incident and pull out a clip of the video footage and

submit it to the client. The back-end team does the

Camera & NVR checks. He/she checks the health of the

cameras (connection of the camera, vision of the camera,

recording of the camera etc.) The client is based out in

USA.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
