Ohana Cafe is a modern dog-friendly cafe in Simatupang (Jalan Intan no.8) serving coffee, cakes, brunch, and local dishes. We are the building in orange and opening in end of July 2023. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cafe Assitant Manager available to work on the pre-opening of the Cafe as soon as possible. This includes hiring, setting up SOPs, creating an online presence (ig, gofood, grab, google),
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations such as running cafe services, food and beverage presentation, people management, facilitating inventory check and purchasing, cleaning, and innovating on the seasonal menu.
- Ensure financial targets are met and handle requests from the owner.
- Ensure guests have the best experience in every part of the journey at Ohana.
- Collect customer feedback and put it into actionable goals.
- Hire and train waiters, cashiers, and cleaners.
- Excellent graphic design on Figma or Canva.
- Photography experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Google Drive.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Indonesian and English speaker preferred.
- Preopening cafe or restaurant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
